In this episode of our Client Journey Series, we share the transformation of Grayson, a rescue dog adopted by Olivia in December 2023.

When Grayson first arrived in his new home, it became clear that his behavioural struggles were far more serious than expected. He was highly reactive on lead – barking, spinning, lunging, and redirecting onto Olivia in moments of overwhelm. His walks were limited to quiet hours, as even venturing past the end of the street caused him extreme stress.

Inside the home, things were no easier. Grayson was constantly on edge, destructive, and unable to settle. Life felt incredibly small – for both him and his family.

But Olivia was determined. She reached out to Lucky’s Paws, looking for real support and lasting change.

With a tailored plan of 1-1 training sessions, structured walks, and the support of the Lucky’s Paws community, Grayson began to thrive. He is now a confident, focused dog with fantastic off-lead reliability. He can walk calmly past other dogs, relax at home, and most importantly – enjoy life.

Today, Grayson joins his family on holidays, park trips, and every adventure in between. He is playful, eager to learn, and full of joy.
